Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors.

Product Use

HeatPals hand warmers are rechargeable heating devices. Use them only as directed in the user manual, keep them away from children, do not use while sleeping, and stop using them if they feel too hot. Charge only with a suitable USB charger. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeatPals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
